Dori Ginsburg brings a diverse working knowledge of business to Public Risk Advisors, LLC. Her career has allowed her the luxury of participating in small, medium and large businesses as well as publicly held companies. Dori served as a Vice President of a consumer electronics retailer while overseeing a division created to serve the insurance industry by providing replacement items (electronics, furniture, jewelry, sporting goods and more) at a wholesale cost to insurance companies to help defray costs and keep customer premiums low. Within two years, the division went from $500,000 annually to $16,000,000. Her company developed a national relationship with State Farm and USAA as well as others on local and regional levels. By successfully partnering with multiple insurance carriers, Dori was able to add corporate fulfillment to her experience. The company was purchased in 1997, she was asked to stay on as a Vice President, in 1998 the company went public and Dori was able to experience the process of Wall Street. Her company drop shipped merchandise to individuals across the country who ordered from large companies via catalogues or online (ex: Citibank, QVC, Chase, etc.). Dori was also the owner/founder of a wholesale seafood business in the Atlanta area from 2004-2008, where her company provided quality fresh and frozen seafood to the city’s finest restaurants, caterers, and hotels. This opportunity taught her the intricacies of running a small business. Dori spends her downtime (ha ha!) with her husband and four dogs. We are excited to have Dori and her vast knowledge at Public Risk Advisors.
